A holiday display is only impressive if it actually stays lit. Wind shifts a strand, an ice load pops a connection, a timer drifts, or one bad section goes dark — and on a two-story roof in December, you can't exactly run out and fix it. Our in-season repair and maintenance keeps your display looking the way it did on install night, all the way through New Year.
What In-Season Service Covers
If any part of your display fails during the season, we come back out and fix it: dark or flickering strands, burned-out or shifted bulbs, tripped GFCI outlets, drifted or failed timers, and lights knocked loose by wind or ice. We diagnose whether it's a bulb, a connection, a fuse, or the power source and resolve it at the roofline so you're not guessing or climbing.
Fast Response When the Weather Hits
Oklahoma weather is the usual culprit — a north wind or an overnight ice glaze can loosen a run or trip a circuit. We prioritize in-season repair calls and work safely around ice, scheduling rooftop fixes once it's safe to be up there. For our seasonal clients, these callbacks are included, so a failure is an annoyance for an evening, not a bill.

For full-service clients, in-season repair is built into the seasonal price — if a strand fails, we make it right at no extra charge. We can also service displays we didn't install on a per-visit basis, though existing client work is prioritized during peak weeks.
